As early as July 2023, General Manager Yang of Gansu Wind Power Company invited Manager Pang from Wuhan UHV to have a discussion on the technical issues of test equipment. During the conversation, General Manager Yang talked about the company's preventive testing for 110kV substations and proposed the requirements for test equipment. After a day of technical communication and confirmation of the on-site environment, General Manager Yang and Manager Pang compiled fourteen sets, including UHV series variable frequency series resonant withstand voltage test device, UHV-600 SF6 comprehensive tester, UHV-406 high-voltage switch dynamic characteristic tester (double terminal grounding), UHV-310 transformer winding deformation tester,UHV-702 microcomputer relay protection tester,UHV-501 fully intelligent multiple pulse cable fault tester.UHV-103 transformer comprehensive tester and other testing equipment. Manager Pang immediately sorted out the quotation materials and sent them to General Manager Yang, who then submitted the approval plan.
After 2024, the project has made progress in procurement, which will be handled by the Beijing supplier Mr. Li. After comparing the parameters and equipment performance, Mr. Li signed a procurement contract with Manager Pang of Wuhan UHV. After Mr. Li made the payment, Manager Pang arranged for the company to ship the equipment. To ensure the quality of the equipment, the Wuhan UHV Quality Inspection Department conducted comprehensive inspections on the appearance, performance, testing speed, and other aspects of the equipment to ensure that it was delivered to the user in the most perfect way. After a day of effort from the Quality Inspection Department, the equipment was shipped in nailed boxes.
In the subsequent transportation, Manager Pang of Wuhan UHV made an appointment with General Manager Yang for equipment training. To ensure the safe use of technical personnel, training is also essential.
