    1、 Preparation before the experiment


    1. There should be no less than 2 experimental researchers. Strictly follow the safety operating procedures for high-voltage testing when using


    2. In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the experiment, in addition to being familiar with the product design manual, we must also strictly follow the relevant technical standards and regulations developed by the country for analysis and testing operations;  


    3. When opening the packaging box, the tester should inspect the equipment according to the packing list. If the equipment is found to be inconsistent with the packing list, please contact Guodian Gaoxi immediately;


    4. The series resonance test device should be able to be used by professional technical personnel in high-voltage test design. Before use, the teaching user manual should be carefully read, and repeated operation ability training should be conducted;  


    5. When using a series resonance test device, if the output is high voltage or high voltage, it must be reliably grounded and operational safety must be taken into account.


    6. All connecting wires must not be connected incorrectly. The wiring must be done according to the circuit diagram in the "Precautions" section, otherwise it may directly cause damage to the enterprise's testing and inspection equipment;  


    7. Whether conducting tests or short distance lifting tests, one of the following resistors must be separated from the ground and equipped with an insulating bracket:


    8. Before conducting experimental research on the test subjects, the equipment can be subjected to an air lift test with a working voltage of 80% of the rated output voltage of the equipment.


    2、 Precautionsduring the experiment


    1. When conducting experiments, try to keep the distance between the variable frequency power supply and the reactor as large as possible to avoid safety accidents;  


    2. The variable frequency control power supply part of the series resonance test detection device is designed in the form of a touch screen. When tapping the screen, the action should be light. If the force is too strong or the speed changes too quickly during touch screen operation, students may not be able to truly enter the next menu in China or start machine learning; You need to press the reset button to return to the main menu, and restart after a 5-second interval, or you can directly decide to turn off the power and restart;  


    3. When setting device parameters, the "Device Voltage" column cannot be changed. Device voltage "refers to the voltage set by a voltage divider during the factory testing process. The sampling signal of the voltage divider may change, and the measured test voltage may be too high or too low, which has a certain impact on the withstand voltage test of the test object. So through experiments, researchers need to record the "working voltage" of the device when it is turned on, in order to avoid the occurrence of device voltage being easily checked and changed after misoperation;  


    4. When testing large capacity or high loss test objects, such as "generators, large capacity motors, and cables over 1.5 kilometers", the system Q value is low, and the "output voltage" is set between 30V and 50V. Generally, the "output voltage" is set between 10V and 20V. When conducting cable passing tests below 10kV and within a length of 500m, a lower excitation voltage should be selected, and the "output working voltage" should be set to 10V. Otherwise, when finding the resonance point, the test voltage will exceed the rated withstand voltage value of the subject, and the Q value of the system will be high, which can easily cause faults.
