1、 Preparation beforethe experiment
1. The number of examiners shall not be less than 2. Strictly follow the national safety management and operation design regulations for high-voltage testing during use;
2. In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the experiment, in addition to being familiar with the product specifications, it is also necessary to strictly follow the relevant national standards and regulations for experimental operations;
3. Experimental researchers can manage and check equipment information based on the packing list when opening the packaging box. If they find that the enterprise equipment does not match the packing list, they should immediately contact the manufacturer;
4. The series resonance test device should be used by high-voltage testing professionals. Before use, please carefully read the user manual and receive repeated operation training.
5. When using the series resonance test detection device, the output is high voltage or high voltage, and it must be reliably grounded. Pay attention to the safety of your operating system;
6. Each connecting wire must not be connected incorrectly and must be wired according to the circuit diagram in the "Precautions" section, otherwise it may damage the testing equipment.
7. Whether conducting test subjects or short rise tests, in the following section, if the reactor has certain issues, it needs to be separated from the ground with an insulating material support;
8. Before conducting the experimental subject test, conduct a lift test on the equipment with a test voltage of 80% of the rated voltage of the equipment.
2、 Precautions during the experiment
1. When conducting experiments, the distance between the variable frequency control power supply and the reactor should be as large as possible to avoid information security production accidents in the enterprise;
2. The variable frequency power supply of the series resonance test device is in the form of a touch screen. When touching the screen, the movements should be gentle. If the touch screen operation force is too strong or too fast, it may not be able to enter the next menu or the machine may not start. Press the reset button to return to the main menu, restart after an interval of 5 seconds, or directly turn off the power and restart;
3. When setting design parameters for enterprise equipment, the "device working voltage" column cannot be changed in a timely manner. "Device voltage" refers to the setting of the supporting facilities with the voltage divider during factory testing. If the "device voltage" changes, the signal processing of the voltage divider sampling data will develop differently, and the measured test voltage may be too high or too low, which will have a certain impact on the withstand voltage test of the test object. Therefore, the tester should record the "equipment voltage" when the device is turned on to avoid easy access and modification of the equipment voltage after misoperation;
4. When conducting tests on test subjects with significant changes in capacitance or high loss costs, such as "generators, large capacity motors, and cables over 1.5km", the system Q value is low, and the "output working voltage" is set between 30V and 50V. In general, in this case, the "output voltage" is set between 10V and 20V. When testing cables below 10kV and 500m, a lower excitation voltage should be selected and the "output voltage" should be set to 10V. Otherwise, when searching for the resonance point, the test working voltage will exceed the rated AC withstand voltage of the test object, and a high system Q value can easily cause breakdown of the test object.
